I'm so disappointed with those streak injuries that occurred Nov-Dec 2016 on Lakers future stars.

First off, I don't like Randle's and Russels's physical fitness. They are so prone to injuries. I'm projecting to 2017-2018 season that this two, although valuable in the future, i want them traded. I could see Ingram besting both of them in 2017-2018 season. And of course, hopefully to have Paul George by 2018.

Injuries are apart of sports. Players get injuries all the time. To question Randle's and Russell's physical fitness is ridiculous. The Lakers are a top class organization and if any player wasn't physically fit we would hear about it and they would be sitting on the bench.

Where were they when the lakers suffered losing streaks after they achieved 10-10? I'm pointing out that even they become good players and when they are needed the most they got injured. In my opinion, good players need to have a consistent physicality. Kobe Bryant got injured on his older days. Michael Jordan, Shaquille Oneil and Tim Duncan. They need to have at least 80 games played so I can be satisfied that they are topnotch players.

So Paul George is not a top notch player? He missed almost a whole season.

You are missing the point @toolguy. Paul George got injured during practice for USA Team and not during a long season of games. And I never referred to Paul George, I am pointing out Russell and Randle. I never believe Russell and Randle and the first place, because this season proves "Told Ya! ". I would love them both to be traded soon after this losing season ends.

If you trade Russell and Randle the return will not be equal. You will see people saying trade them for stars when realistically its not happening. Russell and Randle are only in there 2nd season. It takes 5 to 6 years to develop players. Players like Kobe, Jordan, and Shaq have gotten injuries at the beginning of there careers. However this is the new NBA. Teams sit players now for rest or being cautious about an injury. Very few players on each team are playing 80 games anymore. Paul George would want to win as a Laker. So it would be better to have both Russell and Randle on the roster with George.

So you just proved my point. George got hurt during practice. When he was more rested than during a long season. That is my point injuries happen it is part of the game. And you said it yourself you don't like them so you are going to be hard on them. The same way I don't like James and I don't put him in the greatest because he rests when he isn't feeling well or is to tiered. I will never put him on the same class of Jordan or Bryant for that reason.

Man i got to get in on this. To say Pg3 isn't top notch did you ever play ball he top 10 in the league but look at that team now its gutted. Why toolguy holding on to hope with Randle is a joke dude can't shoot past 10 ft and skipped summer league when he needs all the help he can. As for james i'm with you a bit overrated and a crybaby definitely not on mamba level.

I agree he needs to work on his shot. There is no doubt about that but there are plenty of guys that come into the league and can't shoot. As long as he puts the time in he can become a decent shooter. I'm not saying he's gunna be a D. Green.

Lakers not winning more than 30 this season, next season and the year after. You know why? Too much baby sitting. And take note, Lonzo Ball is being projected to be drafted by Lakers. I believe Lakers lack a dominant big man. They always got out hustled and the team's rim protection is so low. To trade Randle and Russel to an All-Star caliber (excluding signing PG13) means giving Ingram, Black and Nance more time to shine.
