So we are prob finishing 3rd and geeting the 3rd pick as it is so we should go for a great 2 way player in Josh Jackson who is defensive and has a high ceiling to turn into a paul george or Kwahi leonard type player

Dangelo Russell
Josh Jackson
Ingram
Randle
Zubac

As it is we can not resign Robinson and MWP and waive hurtas and calderon will be gone as well freeing around 7 mil
We can pursue Nerlens Noel who can play Center and switch it up and trade away Williams for future picks to a team like Cavs who want bench
Dlo/Clarkson
Jackson/Young
Ingram/Deng
Randle/Nance
Noel/Zubac

This is not only realistic but also Doable and can increase the defensive presence at wing and inside

Isn't Noel a RFA?

hes going to leave so its either philly takes what is offered or lose everything.

If he is a RFA they can match the other teams offer. So they still have the final say. I guess if you don't think they will match it then ok.

Rahul what Toolguy is saying is correct. Noel is a restricted free agent so the Sixers can match whatever offer he gets. Are you prepared to see the Lakers spend $18M to $20M a year on Noel? That's what it will cost for a free agent deal plus sign and trade. Which the Sixers will want assets for him like Zubac. Personally I would keep developing Zubac over signing Noel cause Lakers already have Mozgov and starting center.

The only way I see bringing in Noel would be somebody taking Deng or Mozgov for second round picks as a salary dump and the Sixers accepting second round picks as compensation for Noel. Which would be tough.

why tf would they want another big man lmao they would prob ask for williams or young because they need scorers and they won't match it because they have no use for the guy he barely gets mins and he isn't happy.

Well there are reports that Okafor could be on the move so that's why they would ask for a big man in addition to Noel being an asset. Noel is an asset so the Sixers would match especially if they can get Noel cheaper than what they would pay.
