How about this. Trade Kobe to Clippers for Blake Griffin

Kobe has a chance to win another ring as he closes his carrer ( since he seems to be getting his legs back, Clippers may consider

Lakers get a top building block to get ready for next years rebuild

This should keep both players and teams happy.

First of all Kobe isn't worth Griffin at this point in his career (a second round maybe late first pick is the best we would get out of him) but secondly and more importantly, why tf do you think we would trade him? He's spent his entire career as a laker and wants to retire as one.

Yeah I don't think Kobe is thinking trade at this point of his career. Kobe has a no trade clause anyway. Clippers wouldn't do that deal anyway. They could get value for Griffin. Kobe would just be around for 27 games or so + playoff games. So that wouldn't make sense for the Clippers.
