PISTONS AND LAKERS TRADE

PISTONS GETS:
2015 1ST ROUND (2)
2015 2ND ROUND (34)
PF RYAN KELLY

LAKERS GETS:
2015 1ST ROUND (8)
2015 2ND ROUND (38)
PG BRANDON JENNINGS
PF GREG MONROE (SIGN AND TRADE)

I know its a big of a stretch but Monroe is already a proven PF/C and guys like okafor or towns are great college players and have the highest potential in the draft but they are not proven (YET!) but having Monroe who can help right away would benefit the lakers, they also get Jennings who can be the starting PG since his spot on the pistons is most likely gone (the pistons are most likely to extend Jackson) and the lakers drop only 6 spots in the 1st and 4 spots in the 2nd but still gain and the pistons move up in the 1st round to get either towns or okafor since they could fit best in the pistons team then the lakers and this would save the pistons a lot more money and then they could go for one of the top free agents (most likely SF) based on my draft I have for them

the lakers could then draft stein or kaminsky if stein is gone

the pistons could then draft okafor/towns

IMAGINE THESE LINEUPS

PG: JACKSON
SG: POPE
SF: GREEN / BUTLER / MIDDLETON
PF: OKAFOR/TOWNS
C: DRUMMOND

Jackson should be back cause the pistons traded for him and used singler and 2 2nd round pick so I believe he'd be back, then the SF comes down to draymond green, jimmy butler or khris middleton. i'd rather have green cause of his ties to Michigan, butler is good, but the recent injuries kind of scare that thought away and middleton (the fact we traded him and Brandon knight to get Jennings) so I don't think he'd come to the team that gave up on him. but even with green supposively saying he won't come to the pistons, I think he will if they offer the max deal AND having towns OR okafor teaming with Drummond (whod they extend) and Jackson, pope and green/butler/middleton would get them back into the title picture

PG: JENNINGS
SG: BRYANT
SF: RANDLE
PF: MONROE
C: STEIN / KAMINSKY

the lakers would have a great lineup and theyd still have enough money to lure a top free agent either a PG or C

Good to imagine such things, though I don't see why the Pistons would go for it. They would have no interest in Ryan Kelly! In any case I don't concur with the idea of the Lakers trading away the second pick. Jahlil is the best offensive big center we have seen since Shaq, and it has always been our dream to get someone like that. Now we have our chance, and let's not blow it!
