Sixers get: Russell
Lakers get: Noel, Lakers #1 back 2017
I think it's time for both of these teams to give up some value to get what they need. Russell fits perfectly with Simmons, Saric, and Embiid. Russell is the combo guard the sixers need. Lakers can't really expect to run in the west with Mozgov. That's ridiculous. He makes Hibbert look like Usain Bolt. Mozgov is an overpriced backup C. Noel would fit great next to randle or Nance, along with Ingram, Deng, and clarkson. And equally important, Lakers get there pick back in next years stacked draft. There are 6 to 8 absolute studs in the draft next year, especially in the backcourt. So this makes Noel even more valuable to La, because the draft doesn't seem to have a big man like KAT or Zinger for them to select. Lakers fans will say no way they are trading Russell. Sixers fans will say Lakers pick is to valuable to include with Noel. I think this trade will benefit both teams.

Lakers have no room for Noel. Roster spots are already filled up in the PF and Center positions. So why would the Lakers give up there starting point guard for a player they don't need? Give up with your dream of Russell being a Sixer. You already have Jerryd Bayless as PG.

Absolutely not. Not only is Ingram a better fit but him and Russell both have star potential. The fact that you said you would do it is a clear indication that it is an unfair trade.
I see you come on this site a lot wanting to trade for Russell, so as a Lakers fan, i'm wondering if you are upset that Lakers took Russell forcing the Sixers to pick their 3rd center in 3 years?

Sixers get two pieces of the rebuild. Russell at pg and Ingram at sf.
Lakers get Simmons, the possible superstar la can build around.

The style of playing between Ben Simmons and Julius Randle are pretty similar; they all need the ball in hand, Unlike Brandon Ingram, who masters catch and shoot.
I even heard somebody said, even if we get the first pick, we should pick Brandon Ingram over Ben Simmons.

This trade only has a thought of working if the lottery finally falls in a heavily pro-Sixers outcome. I know it's unlikely, but far from impossible. Draft results after the lotto.

Trade#1: Sixers trade #1 (Simmons) to Sun's for #2 (Ingram) and Booker.
Trade#2: Sixers trade #4 pick in draft to Lakers for Russell.

I think this looks like a pretty good 10 man rotation, excluding the center position. I think it's good enough to win around 30 games. I feel that puts you in that bottom 5-8 range. I don't think you would be bottom 3, so your #1 pick would most likely convey to sixers. Out of the Nets, kings, hornets, nuggets, suns, and sixers, I believe Lakers will finish with a better record then atleast 3 or 4 of these teams. The 2017 class is loaded with talent. I think Noel and your #1 pick back is a very fair offer for russell.

In the midst of a rebuild, I think the Lakers will once again strike out in free agency. Whiteside is going to mavs or heat, Durant to okc or warriors, Harford looks like okc, celts, or hawks. Batum or Barnes doesn't make a lot of sense with Ingram there, plus I don't think either goes to the Lakers anyway. the only rumor I'm hearing is possibly parsons if mavs max out whiteside and conely. Very thin in the middle " D" for lakers. I think there's a trade here between philly and la. Philly sends Noel, Holmes, and Lakers own #1 next year to la. Lakers send russell to philly. I think it would be devastating to there rebuild if they lose a top 4 to 6 pick in next years loaded draft. Having the pick, noel, ingram, clarkson, randle, Nance, and possibly parsons might produce enough excitement to lure a top fa next year. I realize they keep the pick if it's 1-3, but are they in a position to risk that if they can do a deal to secure it?

No way they trade Russell! If you do it, either clarkson or maybe Lou will. They need nba level guards. Lou and young maybe a future pick for Noel.
Russell, clarkson, Ingram, Randle, Noel- bench nance brown, black, Huerta- before free agency. I think bazemore, parsons, Marvin Williams should be a targets. All can play multiple positions and can shoot the ball.
