My dream scenario for next year
Resign Julius Randle to a 4 year 72 mill (18mill)
Sign PG 4 year 120mill (30mill)
Resign IT 8 mill 1 year
Resign Lopez 1 year 8 mill
Let KCP walk
Wait one more year to trade Deng
Need some backup help at PG, sign a vet and draft a PG with our Cavs pick
Lonzo, vet pg, rook pg
PG, IT
Ingram, Josh hart
Randle, Kuzma
Lopez, Thomas Bryant, Zubac
Then 2019 I think we need to target a All star centre

Randle is getting 8-12 mil a year, i doubt we resign him for 18 mil. Also i think might try and offer IT more money. Besides those 2 things, i like this plan.

I don't see Josh Hart being close to the level of KCP anytime soon. Before you disagree look at the numbers and what KCP has done in the 7 games so far he has played. He is an elite defender.
Lopez at 2 years $30M? He can get more on the open market if not with the Lakers after the decisions are made on which max players if any are coming.

Why would George leave Westbrook and Anthony and a playoff theam for the Lakers? I don’t see that happening unless a big fallout happens.

we MUST trade for PG now & hope they take our trade! I think it's important that George gets as much playing time with Ball & Ingram

Here is the situation. The Pacers are demanding Brandon Ingram which the Lakers aren't giving up. Originally they wanted the #2 pick. The package the Lakers offered was better than what you mentioned. They offered the 27 and 28 picks along with Clarkson and Randle and it got rejected. I know people are saying get Paul George now. Yes but at what cost? Brandon Ingram? No way. The price needs to come down.

Will need to sign some bench players, wouldn't mind seeing TRob come back and play more minutes.

Why would we trade for PG13. He is going to come to us in a year anyway. Why would we give up talent for him when we can wait it out. Lopez we can get. Package mozgov brewer rockets pick for lopez.
