Don't trade any young guys! let them develop and grow! its way to early to be already trading them! the only thing the Lakers need is a new coach and owner because what they r doing is bad they should get thibodeau or mark Jackson.

Lakers need to hire Tom Thibodeau
Lakers are a good team they just need a really good coach, Tom had sucky teams and still brought them to the playoffs. Imagine what he could do with the lakers.

If Lakers want to win then they better start making trades to try to get Markieff Morris, like trade Kelly, Sacre, and Young. He is everything we need, strength, height, and good shooting. He can play the 3 and the 4, and can take some pressure off of Randle. Also bring in Javale McGee he is a good 7 footer the can protect the rim.
