Lakers need to trade lou bass young and maybe hibbert so the young guys get experience which will result in a ton of losses which is good because then we keep our pick plus D'Angelo Jordan and Julius get experience and in a perfect world next year we could look like this for our lineup

Well the Lakers don't need to trade those guys to lose. They are losing games even with those guys. Those 3 players are getting enough experience each game. They don't need more minutes.

why not somehow get a three team trade with boston and philly and get noel someway and keep randle clarkson russell and draft simmons

Right at this very moment the NBA wants the Sixers to get better. Trading Noel for players that don't include Randle, Clarkson, Russell or Simmons would make no sense to the Sixers.

Well is those are the 4 player we stay with and roll the dice on our youth, Lakers must get Whiteside because he still 25 years old and young enough to grow with us!
