People need to stop hoping the Lakers can sign more than one big name free agent. It can't happen.

This summer if the Lakers don't pick up Hill's extension they will have roughly 24 million to spend in free agency.

The cost of one max contract will be between 18-20 million (depending on where exactly the cap ends up).

Kawhi Leonard, DeAndre Jordan, and Jimmy Butler will all get max deals. You can't add more than one. And IF we are lucky enough to get one then all our other signings will be very small. (we won't even have enough money to resign Ed Davis).
