You are not taking salaries and the salary cap into consideration at all. This is quite simply not a possibility from the beginning to end

Possible if new CBA agreement goes down before free agency in summer of '16. and take out Monroe but throw in Kobe for one more year after summer '16. but a way shorter deal, at that point Kobe will finally take a page out of Gregg Pop & Spurs book to capture one last championship. Byron Scott also believed Kobe could play one more year after his deal is done in '16. With Kobe usually always being very ambiguous about future plans. the better question would be why wouldn't he want to sign a shorter deal with these names on that possible roster?
