Embiid may have back issues I'm not sure we should take a chance on him. I'd probably pass on anyone with glimmers of Knee and Back issues. Avery Johnson, hell no. Wasn't he recently trashing Lakers FO for not keeping Phil around. MDA no, not his fault about this season but I've seen enough. His 'system' isn't good enough to win a championship. Stan Van Gundy, I like him and he'd be a good fit in LA, along with Byron Scott.

1) Carmelo will not take a paycut to play with embiid, gasol, kobe and nash. plus, embiid, wiggins, parker, exum are reaches with our lottery chances. more like vonleh, randle or smart

2) amare can not be amnestied. already used it on billups a while ago.

3) minny will not trade kevin love this offseason. even if they are willing, we should not trade our draft pick for someone who will join after a year. patience!
